You Skincare is a branding project for a skincare brand focused on acne-prone skin. The brand aims to help users feel confident and positive about themselves, using a friendly, approachable tone and vibrant colors to create an uplifting and inclusive visual identity.

My role
For this university project, I acted as both brand strategist and designer for You Skincare. I developed the concept, defined the brand’s personality and values, and created the full visual identity, including logo, color palette, typography, and branding elements, to convey a friendly, vibrant, and empowering experience for users with acne-prone skin.

The storyboards illustrate the user experience with You Skincare, showing me using the different products in the routine step by step. Each frame highlights the correct order of application and emphasizes the brand’s friendly and approachable tone. They were created to visualize the customer journey, making it easy to understand how the products integrate into daily skincare and ensuring a consistent, engaging, and vibrant brand experience.

The web design for You Skincare was created to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience across both desktop and mobile devices. The layout showcases the brand’s vibrant and friendly identity, with intuitive navigation, clear product information, and engaging visuals. Each screen was designed to reflect the approachable and empowering tone of the brand, ensuring consistency and a positive user experience across platforms.
Packaging
For You Skincare, the packaging and brand materials include the shipping box, business card, informational flyer, welcome card, as well as the product containers. The jars are made of glass, and the soap uses naked packaging to ensure an environmentally friendly approach. All materials were designed to reflect the brand’s friendly, vibrant, and empowering personality, creating a cohesive and enjoyable unboxing experience. Playful colors, clear typography, and approachable visuals help make the brand feel fun, welcoming, and consistent across all touchpoints.
