Pawify is a non-profit organisation that helps stray dogs and pets find their forever home, they connect people who want to adopt with dog and cat shelters, showcasing the pets they have available.

For this proyect I voluntered and assumed the role of the branding coordinator, I was in charge of creating and developing the branding and web design, their principal platform.

My role

I joined Pawify as a volunteer graphic designer, deeply aligned with their mission of connecting shelters and pets with loving families—something that resonates with me personally as an adoptive dog owner. I created the brand identity from the ground up, including the logo, visual system, brand guidelines, and a detailed usage manual. I also designed the website’s layout and user experience, translating the brand’s warmth and accessibility into a functional and engaging interface.

Achievements

Branding

I opted for cheerful colours, warm tones and a friendly tipography with round edges to give the sensation of happiness and joy. Adopting a pet is something beautiful but can also be sad due to their harsh past, so the contrast of the sad pet photos that the page has and these cheerful elements makes everything coherent.
